I even wrote about Merv's death on my own prostate-cancer blog: http://www.nubella.com/content/blogsection/108/8050. I was diagnosed when I was 48 about 5 years ago. Had the surgery, and now have a 90% cure rate over my lifetime. Cancer confined to the gland, none found in surrounding lymph nodes. I praise Dr. Matthew Wilner at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital.
