The "adverse effects" (AE's)in bringing on Zytiga were increased energy loss/fatigue, and my bladder and urinary sphincter muscles that were slightly weak requiring only a daily pad for protection, became totally weak resulting in total incontinence. Yet, given the effectiveness of this combination of medications, I accept the AEs vs the alternative.
