Free Prostate Screening in Seattle November 20

Seattle Prostate Institute, an affiliate of Swedish Cancer Institute, is offering free prostate cancer screening tests on Fri., Nov. 20 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at their offices in the 1101 Madison Medical Tower, Suite 1101, on the Swedish/First Hill Campus.

This complimentary screening – which is recommended for men 50 or older and those with a family history of prostate cancer – is available to all men, including those who are underinsured or uninsured.

Screenings, which take about 15 minutes, will involve completing intake and medical history forms, digital rectal exam, and Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) test. Men who get screened will leave with results and recommendations for follow up.
